Customer Service Rep

3-4 week assignment in a Customer Management department to make outbound follow-up calls to insurance companies on transfer of funds after transfer paperwork is mailed. This position will also assist in mailing transfer paperwork to other insurance companies daily.

Skills Needed:
Good telephone skills
Good attention to detail
PC skills, including use of Word and Excel
Strong data entry

Hours of Work: 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
